Although I had heard of Renhill prior, I truly became familiar with the company when Field Local Schools hired them to recruit. I had been a substitute teacher for Field for over five years, and I wanted to continue to help there. They treat me wonderfully! I am a retired English teacher/ librarian from the Plain Local Schools in Canton, Ohio. I retired with thirty-two years of service. A friend who is an administrator encouraged me to substitute, as there is a profound need. At first, I was not sure I wanted to do that, but I love it! Until this fall, I had subbed regularly about three days a week. I have found the Renhill team to be supportive and appreciative of my service. Friends who had worked for a similar company were disenchanted and switched over to Renhill. They said there was less demand put on them regarding the number of days a week one must work. Many retirees, particularly, do not want to be pigeonholed in, so it feels like a real job. The flexibility is one of the best aspects.
